What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to continue developing your skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• High standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn, take direction and contribute to the wider kitchen team
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required

 What you'll be doing
 
As part of the Half Moon kitchen team, you will

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of your section
• Prepare and cook quality dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
• Continue developing your culinary skills and knowledge
