About the role
Associate Director – Growth & Operations
We are a small company that has been running for 8 years. Within that time we have run weekly classes in Acting and Musical Theatre, Voice, Movement, Holiday Workshops and many theatre productions (some original works and some known). We pride ourselves on strong teaching methods, programs created and delivered with excellence in Performing Arts teaching. Our vision is to educate and inspire local youth, to foster creativity and connection, to build confidence and collaborative skills and to instill a love and appreciation for the arts.
BANG! is needing to grow, expand and move forward into a dedicated time of development. Through grant writing, original work construction and skill building, the hope is to further the sound reputation of the company into the next phase. This person will be working alongside the Artistic Director.
