Contracts Administrator x 3

ConsultANZ is seeking two Contract Administrators to join a team working on major projects in Sydney, including road maintenance, traffic management, and bridges. You will manage procurement, subcontractor relationships, and contract compliance while handling claims and variations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage subcontractor relationships and evaluate performance.
• Certify payment claims and variations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Support stakeholders and provide commercial feedback.
• Assist with internal processes and KPI evaluations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-5+ years of contract administration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations and work independently.
• Experience with contract review and analysis.
