Flood Technician

• Health insurance

• Conduct initial assessments of water damage and develop restoration plans.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using industry-standard equipment.
• Remove and dispose of damaged materials as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and microbial growth.
• Monitor and document progress throughout the restoration process.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

• Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC certification preferred).
• Previous experience in flood restoration, mitigation, or related field is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of water damage restoration techniques and principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Valid driver's license.
