Teacher | Natalia Carmen
A prenatal yoga teacher, registered nurse, and postpartum doula.
About me: I first found yoga at 18 on a retreat that completely changed the way I connected to my body (and honestly… I’ve been hooked ever since). What started as a love for movement quickly grew into something much deeper, a passion for breath, mindfulness, and building strength. Alongside yoga, I followed my calling into nursing, which eventually led me to working in Labour and Delivery in Los Angeles, a path that felt like a natural unfolding. It was here that I truly fell in love with the sacredness of birth and postpartum. Now, I weave together my experience to hold space for women as they move through pregnancy, birth, and beyond, supporting them to soften, trust, and reconnect with their innate knowing. I bring this into my classes through a mix of movement, grounding, and a little bit of magic, helping you feel strong, supported, and at home in your body.
