3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace 4. Plan menu preparation, ensuring quality 5. Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

6. Manage stock levels and apply appropriate stock rotation, minimizing wastage Requirements Certificate IV in commercial cookery or equivalent qualificatgion At least 1 - 3 years of experience in a quality restaurant environment, preferrably with grill, steakhouse cuisine Good organnizational skills with thw ability to prioritise tasks and meet sedrvice timelines Stromg teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and reliable work attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced high volume service environment Sound understanding of meat butchery and grill cooking
