Property Manager

About the Role

Semple Property Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties.

You will be part of a team of seven property managers focused on delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. Our systems and support structure are designed to allow you to focus on what matters most — building relationships and managing your portfolio effectively.

Importantly, this role does not include trust accounting or property condition reports, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and supporting your clients.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
• Provide professional service to landlords and tenants via phone, email and in person
• Conduct routine property management tasks including inspections, maintenance coordination and lease management
• Respond to enquiries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records using Property Tree software
• Work collaboratively with the wider property management team
• Contribute to maintaining SPG’s positive and professional office culture

 About You

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property management
• Current WA Property Management registration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, friendly and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Experience with Property Tree is preferred but not essential
