ABOUT THE BUSINESS
Dolce Fantasia has been operating for 20 years in the same location. At Dolce, we specialise in a mix of Italian and Mediterranean beautiful pastries. We have a huge passion for creating wow cakes with a strong focus on taste.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
-Baking off pastries early morning
Decorating cakes/ slices for display cabinet
Decorating celebration cakes
Preparing doughs and lamination (Croissants/puff/ pie dough)
Preparing custards/ ganaches
Thoroughly cleaning pastry kitchen
Basic ordering and stock take.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety- keeping working areas clean.
Experience in decorating celebration and novelty cakes
Ability to follow recipes accurately
multitasking and time management skills are essential
At least 2 years in the industry with min Certificate III.
Tuesday-Saturday with some flexibility.
