On the lead up to Summer we are seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at a vibrant, fast-paced casual Mediterranean barbecue restaurant- Melitta Next Door. This is a part-time role (25hrs+) with the potential for permanent full-time hours for the right candidate

About Us We are a fast paced, lively Mediterranean barbecue restaurant known for our high-quality, authentic dishes and great working environment. Our operations run from Tuesday to Saturday, offering a consistent schedule and a positive work-life balance. We value passion for food and offer on-the-job training for dedicated individuals.   The Role As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes prepared meet our high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen during busy service periods.   Benefits
