An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join an established real estate team in Brunswick.
 
The successful candidate will manage an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 160 properties, predominantly located throughout Melbourne's inner north, with administrative support available to assist with the portfolio.
 
This role would suit a Property Manager with 2+ years' experience who can confidently step into an established portfolio while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio of approximately 160 properties
• Managing day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
• Managing lease renewals and tenancy matters
• Conducting and coordinating routine inspections
• Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments
• Coordinating tenant transfers and associated documentation
• Managing property compliance and maintenance requirements
• Preparing property management reports and documentation
• Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries
• Providing high-level customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Identifying and referring sales opportunities within the portfolio
• Maintaining accurate property records and systems
• Working collaboratively with administrative support and the broader team
 
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years' residential Property Management experience preferred
• Proven experience managing an end-to-end portfolio
• Ability to confidently take ownership of an established portfolio
• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail
• Confident managing challenging tenancy and maintenance matters
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Positive attitude and strong team focus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
