We are searching for a Marketing Specialist who can read the numbers and act on them. Someone with enough experience and attitude to back their case with data, bring people along with them, and shape how South Australians experience our brands.  

This Is Your Space to Shine!

This is not just a content role. You’ll be at the centre of campaign execution and measurement, building, launching, and then proving what worked across digital and traditional media. 

You will manage and implement our multi-channel marketing program for 3+ leading brands, from Google Ads and EDMs to radio, events, and merch. Every one of those channels has a number attached, and you will own it.

You will work alongside experienced creative and digital partners, access interstate workshops, and be supported by a marketing budget of more than $2M and a leadership team that is prepared to invest in ideas that deliver results.  

Here’s what you will own:

• Monthly digital and print campaigns, including our revenue-driving customer newsletter, measured on revenue, not opens
• Campaign performance tracking, budget, and monthly ROI analysis
• Partnership management with a leading global digital marketing agency, holding them to agreed performance targets
• Branded merch, direct mail and print collateral from concept to delivery, with response tracked and costed
• Content direction and creation led by what the data says is working
• Collaboration across internal and external teams
• Event coordination and community engagement activations
• A forward-looking campaign calendar across all channels, built on results

What We are Looking For:

• A results-driven marketer with attention to detail and a creative flair
• Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, identifying what has changed and explaining why
• Creative judgement and a good eye for design, messaging and brand consistency
• Hands-on experience with CRMs, analytics platforms and marketing reporting tools, with attribution experience across paid, organic and offline channels considered a bonus
• Confidence across both digital and traditional marketing, from planning through to campaign execution and performance review
• A natural collaborator who can bring ops managers, tradies, agency partners and leadership along with an idea
• The confidence to challenge assumptions constructively while remaining open to feedback
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
