About the RoleJoin our close-knit team at Aranda House as a Case Manager, guiding residents through recovery, building genuine relationships, and helping them build life skills and relapse prevention plans in a structured Therapeutic Community.
DutiesGuide residents through their daily program, from morning handover to evening wind-downDesign and deliver individual treatment and relapse prevention plansManage resident intake, induction, and ongoing case reviewsFacilitate group therapy, community meetings, and cultural programsSupport residents with practical next steps like housing and job applications
Skills & ExperienceCase management experience, including direct client support and multidisciplinary teamworkSolid grasp of AOD recovery principles, harm minimisation, and client-centred practiceMotivational Interviewing skills and confidence facilitating group therapy and community meetingsCultural awareness and the ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoplesCurrent Australian Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate, and eligible for NT Ochre Card
