About The Client

This firm has a reputation for excellence and has a dedicated team of experienced lawyers who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate legal representation to their clients during some of life's most challenging times.

About the Role

I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accredited Senior Associate Family Lawyer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing your own caseload, providing strategic advice, and achieving successful outcomes for your clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse family law caseload from end-to-end, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and child support
• Provide exceptional client service, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and understanding
• Advocate for clients' rights in mediation, negotiation, and court appearances
• Draft legal documents, including court applications and agreements
• Stay up-to-date with relevant family law legislation and case law
• Contribute to the development and growth of the firm

Skills and Experience

• Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria
• Accredited Specialist in Family Law
• Minimum 5 years' experience in family law
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Compassionate and empathetic approach
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct
