Electricians - Immediate start (Surat Basin)

About the role
We are seeking experienced Electricians to join our team at CRC Electrical & Refrigeration in Miles, heart of the Surat Basin.

This is a full-time role that offers both local and remote work opportunities. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks to support our operations.

Our current workload includes but not limited to: Shutdown Maintenance, Mining Construction & Maintenance, Feedlot Maintenance, Camp Maintenance, Camp wire up, Drill Rig breakdown maintenance.

Industrial - Commercial - Grain Handling Facilities & Feedlots -Power Station Maintenance - Camp Maintenance - Drill Rig maintenance - Domestic installation, repairs & Preventative Maintenance

What you'll be doing

1. Performing electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to a high standard

2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues

3. Interpreting electrical drawings and schematics

4. Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical and safety regulations

5. Communicating effectively with the wider project team

6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation

7. Mentoring and training junior electricians as required

What we're looking for

1. Qualified electrician with a current Australian Electrician's Licence

2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and maintenance

3. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

4. Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills

5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

7. Willingness to work on remote sites and/or FIFO/DIDO arrangements
