Property Manager

A rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic self-starter seeking a dynamic property management role in a privately owned luxury apartment complex.

The role removes so much of the hard slog of a traditional PM role as full corporate and management support deals with accounts and so much more. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage an existing rental portfolio   

• Focus on lease compliance and renewal  

• Liase with other teams  

• Manage vacancies and movements within the portfolio  

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure full compliance within the portfolio 

Requirements

• Experience in property management   

• Rei Master/Cloud Experience desirable

• Realworks Experience desirable 

• Current relevant real estate Certificate  

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude

This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of 9-day fortnight flexibility.
