About the Role

As the Rope Access Remedial & Façade Care Manager, you will be at the forefront of establishing and growing our rope access division, focusing on remedial and façade care services.

We’re looking for a highly ambitious and experienced operator with deep industry relationships across facilities maintenance, remedial façade operators, and construction companies. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on building businesses, leading teams, and delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and grow a market-leading rope access division from the ground up.

• Leverage your industry experience and network to drive new business opportunities and position Karabiner as a leader in façade and remedial care.

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing rope access team, creating a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration.

• Drive operational and financial performance, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scalability of the rope access division.

• Deliver exceptional results for façade maintenance and remedial care projects by managing rope access operations to the highest safety and quality standards.

• Develop innovative solutions for complex remedial and façade challenges, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.

• Build and maintain client relationships, working closely with facilities managers, architects, construction teams, and key stakeholders to exceed expectations.

• Mentor and develop the technical skills of rope access technicians to create a best-in-class team.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in rope access, façade maintenance, and remedial care, particularly within facilities maintenance and construction industries.

• Excellent technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and remedial repair techniques.

• Relevant certifications: Rope Access (IRATA or equivalent), Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and safety training.
